The “Flowers of Tolerance” festival, organized by the Ministry of Tolerance, is a three-day event that celebrates the virtue of tolerance in the UAE. As part of the festival, a record-breaking fresh flower carpet will be created by volunteers from more than 150 nationalities. The design of the carpet will highlight the UAE as a global hub for tolerance. Covering an area of 100,000 square feet, the carpet will be created in just one hour by 5,000 registered volunteers from around the world. After the creation of the carpet, it will be open to the public for three days, during which time a variety of multicultural entertainment activities will take place on the venue. The “Flowers of Tolerance” festival is a unique opportunity to showcase the values of tolerance and inclusivity that are deeply ingrained in the culture of the UAE.
